The fact is that one love was good at a stage but is actually full of alot of rich kids who have nothing else better to do than get high and I actually know of more than one who are in rehab and hooked on ice and smack, as for the club and hardly any air con and its young crowd it needs work, it doesnt compare to freakazoid,Dome,Chevron,Dome back in the day.

yes prince may be a good venue but it is full of underage young crowds...i saw a group of 15 yr old girls who i know, so clearly the bouncers need to be doing better work and what is with the $25 entry fee?? too many people stuck up, used to be better....only plus would be the music and even then that can be bad, wont be going back again as i dont enjoy fluro wife beater wearing pill popping wogs

Each weekend the Prince hosts identical cologne drenched early 20's sporting fluro-singlets, skinnys and white windsors. These men are not only regulars to Prince but often attend the solarium and undoubtedly the gym. The girls wear caked up make up and higly revealing skirts. The Prince is highly over-rated and if you are even slightly alternatively inclined avoid Prince like the plague. With all its downfalls Prince occasionally attracts some of the top local and international Dj's and live acts and occasionally can produce mildly entertaining nights...

I'd just like to thank the princeband room for helping us out when they didn't need to. The staff were very friendly which makes it a pleasure to attend a gig at the bandroom.

Onelove is full of just turned 18 year old try hards. For such a young crowd it is suprisingly pretencious. The girls there all look like they stepped out of dolly or cosmo magazine and the guys are arrogant and cocky. Too young for my liking n geez im only 24.

I saw Ziggy Marley there at the bandroom.
It was AWESOME.
I thought it was a fantastic venue and provided a intimate show- which intensified the spiritual experience Ziggy provided us with.
I would reccomend it to anyone!

Went for a weekend away with the girls ended up at Prince of Wales, definitely enjoyed ourselves to the max! and was chuffed that subway was open till early hours!

Unlike most clubs in melbourne, I've never seen a fight or even a scuffle at onelove.
I've never had a bad night at prince and I'm there prolly 2-3 times a month.
My best nights in melb happen at this place!

The place is full of biccy poppin wogs who think they are cashed up macs, when in reality they are Coles employees from St Albans.
The rest of the Prince complex is great, iconic even, but Onelove brings the suck in a big way

hi, i'm 19 & new to melbourne from the UK. I was told that 'onelove' @ Prince was a must.
I was really disapointed. It may have a nice layout and good location, but it was very hot and humid, dirty & full of overly pretentious people who were stuck up and smashed off their faces.
Yuuuck!! I won't go back.

By far the best young-persons nighclub around! Saturday nights "onelove" is known throughout Melbourne and around Australia. This place attracts the hottest djs playing the best electro-house music around creating an awesome party atmosphere. Some of the hottest kids you'll see hang out here, so dress up and if you are a male make sure you turn up with a bunch of girls. Oh, and be prepared to line up for while. I love this place! 5/5!!!!!

I've done well here with the ladies and trust me, I'm no oil painting. This place kicks arse for atmosphere and the patrons are coolpretentious. Vodka Cruisers and Baccardi Breezers have no place in this real pub...

uncontended perfection. slghtly older crowd than most places & everyone just trying to get off on the tunes not themselves, hot ppl, top music, plenty of space for cooling down, no tools. even the security are reasonable. nothing comes close 5/5.
