This was one of the first restaurants in the precinct to offer drinking without food as well as live performances.
The crowd of young professionals comes for the modern menu during the day, and groovy ambience at night.
Most nights there are DJs playing until late, although the dance floor is minimal to non-existent.
The decor could be something out of a Dali painting. The chimneys swirl down to two fireplaces and the bar is one solid, moulded work of art. Chrome balls explode out all three.
The seating varies from restaurant oriented to more lounge bar styles. Near the turntables at the front, there are stools by glass tables on a stone floor, while curved couches slink around the fire. Soft lighting comes from a range of sources including an ornate chandelier, candles and Lego-like fixtures.
